Free Parking
There is one free carpark for each apartment. If you have more than one car you will need to find on street parking.
Kitchen Facilities
All apartments have a fridge, cooking hob, microwave and a full set of cutlery and crockery. Each 2 bedroom apartment has a dishwasher.
Bedroom and Bathroom Amenities
Linen and towels are provided with towel exchange available.
Each apartments have an iron, ironing board and a clothes airing rack.
Laundry Facilities
Each 2 bedroom apartment has a washer and a dryer.
Occupants of the 1 bedrooms are welcome to use the free washer and dryer facilities in the main laundry.
Spa Pool
We have a communal spa pool on-site for the enjoyment of all guests.
The operating hours of the spa pool are 2 pm – 9 pm. It is operated on a first come basis.
Check-in and Checkout
Check-in time is between 2 pm – 5 pm. We cannot offer early check-in as the time required prior is need to complete the housekeeping from the prior guest.
If you intend on arriving after 5 pm contact us by email or phone for late check-in instructions.
Check-out is strictly 10 am or earlier. We cannot offer late check-outs as we require the time to prepare the apartment for the incoming guest.
Cancellation Policy

House Rules
- At Turner Heights Townhouses we do not service the apartments daily. Guest are welcome to exchange towels in the main laundry when required.
- Turner Heights operates a strict NO PARTIES policy. We do not allow stag or hen parties to be held on the property.
- Quiet time is between 11 pm and 7 am and only checked in guests are allowed between these hours.
- Intoxicated or belligerent guests bothering other guests or making excessive noise will not be tolerated and may at the managers discretion be evicted for the balance of their stay with no refund.
